Like all Scouting groups, 21st Waterloo is run entirely by volunteers. Members of the Group Committee and the leaders for each section are all fully registered with Scouts Canada. We also have the support of others, usually parents of the youth members, helping to sew neckerchiefs; fundraise; and put on the Baden-Powell banquet and year-end BBQ. Without the support of people like you, 21st Waterloo would not be able to provide programs for the youth.
